Well here we are again, today i finished off two Cav Regiments and started basing the four cav Regiments i've finished so far. This leaves me 2 more to finish and 10 command figures to paint about 34 figures in all left to do.
I've based the light cav two per base instead of the three
the bits of card are to make sure they don't move or fall over
You are the KING!!!! Dont know how you manage it...kind of lost my painting mojo again.....definately a heat thing!
ReplyDeleteAnd.............to make me cringe even more, your figures are bloody great. Keep it up.

Wow Kent!! They wonderful.
ReplyDeletestunning.
ReplyDeleteOne question: which colours do you use for your dark grey horses?
the dark grey horse has a base of German grey then luftwaffe grey then highlight with london grey
ReplyDeleteThanks
DeleteNice massive cavalry.
ReplyDeleteLooking great! I wish I could paint that fast. In a busy week, I've managed 6 minis.
ReplyDeleteHave you thought about positioning riders on bases, irregularly? I do that a lot, especially with charging cavalry, gives a dynamic vibe.
Cheers, Simon
Those look great. Nice color variation but tied together with the red nicely.
ReplyDeleteNice work as always. The ECW/TYW troops have such a distinctive look. I really like the cuirassiers - they look so foreboding. Best, Dean
ReplyDeleteVery nice figs!
ReplyDeleteYou are THE ONE; very nice figures, I like a lot the colours combinations.
ReplyDeleteVery nice.
Thanks guys, and i might just do that Simon on the next two good idea
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful job, sir! My clumsy attempts at figure painting only ever extended to 25 mm and up, fantasy and sci fi - though I am the proud owner of 4 out of the 5 boxed sets of original 'Traveller' 15 mm figures, but have never had the heart (or balls) to try painting them. Much kudos to you, once again, brilliant job :)
