Well it's been a busy Christmas break but it's finally over here's some of the last items finished in the past week, Finally based a couple of command figures for my French
I got a few casualties based up for My Impetus Roman force
And I started and completed my new Fallschimjager company, I've ordered some mortars to add to them
Even though i had to spend an extra couple of hours fixing the colours, i'm actually quite happy with the end result
Another superb haul. I am always impressed by the quality of the work you achieve with the 15mm troops. That is not to say thatI don't like the larger scale work too! An excellent effort.

ReplyDeleteThey all look great. Love the way you painted the Fallschirmjäger.
ReplyDeleteVery nice painting and wonderful basing.
ReplyDeleteExcellent work, i love the FJ's in particular
ReplyDeleteThose French dudes are fantastic. You are really inspiring me to get back to my 15mm men.
ReplyDeleteGreat stuff. Particularly impressed with the basing on the Fallschimjager units.
ReplyDeleteLove the FOW guys. The colors really look the part, and agreed the extra effort was well worth it.
ReplyDeleteNot to sure on the roman casualties though.. the painting looks ace, but the models look more like roman sunbathers.. again more the sculpts than the painting on those ones..
Love the rest..
Great looking figures, love the Nappie figure, very cooll!!!
ReplyDeleteYou have a busy paint brush! Great job.
ReplyDeleteVery good work, painting and bases.
ReplyDeleteGreat job on the fallschrimjager! If you don't mind, what did you use for the basing terrain? The grass, tufts, and flowers are awesome.
ReplyDeletethe base is a coat of polly filler once dry i paint it with a mix of oil based black and turps, before i paint the base colours
