28mm WW1 Germans based finished
This has been quite a fun commission and a break from the good old muskets I've been painting for the past year, my favorite is the gun and crew, I'm not sure what rules Reg is using.
Hey Galpy, you know what? these are just cool, you have done a really nice job, the only thing I think can be improved is the silver pistols, maybe a heavy black wash, one of my many planned projects will be 1/72nd WWI Germans, when I start it I will come back for another inspirational look.
I actually thought the same thing i normally do a wash over most siliver as well as letting a bit more black show through but i was a little heavy handed, I'll apply the wash in just a minute, i'm busy painting 28 dragoons tonight. cheers and thanks

Really really nice Galpy. Are the mounted guys from Renegade too? Love the gun and crew and the basing on these guys.
ReplyDeleteyes they are I'm not sure about the gun but i think it might be, I've painted the infantyr before and lancers in an earlier post last year
